Your mission
  • Perform Remote Monitoring Diagnostic Service for a broad range of machine types, for customer segments within industrial sectors, e.g., for Balance of Plants, Paper Mills, Pharma, Energy production and many machine types within Production Plants.
  • Evaluate general machine types and specific customer requests, within rotational machinery, and decide a suitable Monitoring Strategy for the following Remote Monitoring Service.
  • Provide detailed actionable insights regarding the condition of rotational machinery via available CMS vibration data plus additional measurements and information.
  • Explore- and validate more complex- and bigger machine setups or machine configurations and provide insights and support to a more overall and holistic monitoring strategy for these. 
  • Execute valid CMS summary statements or Status Reports for actual machine conditions, as a service or per customer request, and support / share insights for estimations of Remaining Useful Lifetime of rotational components, where possible.
  • Via gained experiences from the diagnostic monitoring service of misc. machine types, support a continuously development of the BKV Beyond platform for Remote Monitoring. 
  • Contribute to ensure that Remote Monitoring will maximize customers efficiency of their assets and resources, and reduce overall maintenance costs and maximize machine up-time.
  • Direct customer support and -involvement, to align- and perform requested Monitoring Service.
  • Provide expert Diagnostic Service and -Reports per special request from customers.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineer or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in CMS Monitoring Services of Industrial rotational Machinery.
  • Good technical knowledge to validate varies machine CMS data and convey it into valid statements for machine condition.
  • A natural motivation to explore and improve Remote Monitoring Services in order to provide optimal actionable insights to customers rotational machinery.
  • Solid general knowledge of industrial rotational machinery, on a broad scale, to be able to develop- and implement Monitoring Strategies and needed monitoring setups.
  • Significant knowledge within conditioning monitoring via CMS vibration data, and good knowledge for additional monitoring methodologies.
  • Minimum Vibration Analyst ISO Cat. II or higher, is required (- can be provided internally).
  • Strong analytic and reporting skills, - both an eye to the overalls and to the details.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
