Your mission
  • Explore and create new methods for signal processing, regarding Remote Monitoring Diagnostic Services for Wind Turbines, with a holistic approach towards the whole Turbine. 
  • Provide best in class actionable insights for a Wind Turbine, via a constant improving data processing setup of available CMS data.
  • Contribute to ensure that Wind customers can maximize the utilization of their assets and their resources which contribute to reduce overall maintenance costs.
  • Explore, establish and test precise- and component specific analysis methods and setups.
  • Understand and fulfil customer needs within Remote Monitoring, by creating- and modifying appropriate monitoring-setups.
  • Direct customer support and -involvement, in order to upgrade Monitoring Strategies and configure associated Monitoring Templates and data processing methods.
  • Provide Diagnostic services to dedicated Customers within basic Remote Monitoring plus more customized requests for Diagnostic Services or specific detailed Diagnostic Reports.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in CMS monitoring Services of Wind Turbines or rotational Machinery.
  • Good technical knowledge and -insights to explore- and validate machine data and establish valid outputs of its condition via varies types of CMS data.
  • A natural interest in constant improving the Remote Monitoring Services to provide an optimal insight of the condition for rotational machinery.
  • Knowledge in developing Monitoring Strategies and needed monitoring setups / -templates.
  • Significant knowledge within technologies for conditioning monitoring via vibration, and good knowledge for additional CMS methodologies and associated data processing.
  • Minimum Vibration Analyst ISO Cat. III level is required (- can be provided internally).
  • Skills for programming and test of monitoring setups, within varies platforms / programs / technologies and data processing methods.
  • Being able to adapt and convey gained knowledge and experience from the detailed CMS setups for the Wind Turbine Sector towards similar setups within the Industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
