Your mission
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the Brüel & Kjær Vibro Solution Consultant team, NSK sales team, and channel partners. This role demands strategic foresight and operational excellence, balancing immediate objectives with sustainable growth initiatives. You will demonstrate strong leadership by effectively communicating the company's vision and translating it into measurable outcomes through exceptional communication and influencing skills.

  • Develop, manage, and execute strategic account plans to promote, market, and drive sales within Asset-Intensive Industries, in alignment with our Orders Operating Plan. 
  • Identify and prioritize key objectives and performance indicators (KPIs) to expand our customer base, enhance sales channels, and capitalize on product portfolio opportunities. 
  • Lead the management of key accounts, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales quotas. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Execution team and Product Manager Service to align on service strategies and elevate customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead the formulation and approval of commercial strategies and business plans, including pricing strategies/proposals, negotiations, and customer contract commitments. 
  • Utilize advanced forecasting methodologies to accurately predict monthly and annual sales targets for the Asset-Intensive Industries segment, leveraging insights from customer interactions and market analysis. 
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of individual sales quotas, implementing rigorous Salesforce discipline to maintain precise records and foster performance accountability. 
  • Craft strategic account plans to generate growth for named accounts, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term. 
  • Prepare detailed action plans, performance reports, sales updates, and business reviews to effectively communicate strategic initiatives to departmental and company leadership. 
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales within Asset-Intensive Industries, preferably in Condition Monitoring, Industrial Automation & Software, or related sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of success.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Experience in aftermarket sales, distribution, new customer acquisition, and managing distributor relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of market intelligence, including industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth and establish market leadership.
