Your mission
As Managing Director Global Sales, you will assume global responsibility for our sales teams and drive the sustainable and holistic development of the division. At the same time, you will be a member of the B&K Vibro Executive Management Team and thus play a key role in the B&K Vibro growth strategy.

One of your main challenges as Managing Director Global Sales will be to quickly gain insights into the key growth and business areas for the company: key product families, customers and geographic regions. In a highly entrepreneurial culture, you will support decision making to add value to achieve the company's goals. This includes implementing and enforcing a standardized sales process, organizing day-to-day sales with the available tools (e.g. SalesForce) and building a regional sales partner management. As part of a listed company, having a global sales orientation is of central importance, so you will make sure that your department is absolutely on target and that regions and channels, including the Marketing and Communications team, are developed profitably.
Your profile
You have an academic education and many years of professional experience in which you have already built a strong track record in a similar environment and have successfully held managerial and leadership responsibility. You will also have a full toolkit of functional skills including market analysis, marketing, product knowledge, management information systems and business analysis, performance management and team skills.
